描述	Dihydroisotanshinone I is a natural product isolated from the dried roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza, a traditional Chinese medicine, and exhibits various biological activities. Dihydroisotanshinone I alleviates menadione-induced liver injury through antioxidant effects such as scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation; it also inhibits the migration of prostate cancer cells and induces cancer cell apoptosis.
体外活性	Dihydroisotanshinone I可通过抑制 cyclin D1、cyclin E1、CDK2、CDK4、CDK6、p-Rb、E2F1、SKP2 的表达诱导细胞 G1 期阻滞，以剂量与时间依赖性方式抑制人骨肉瘤 143B 细胞增殖。 Dihydroisotanshinone I可通过激活 caspase-3、caspase-8、caspase-9 并剪切 PARP 诱导细胞凋亡，并下调 VCAM-1、ICAM-1 抑制细胞迁移。
体内活性	在异种移植模型中，Dihydroisotanshinone I可抑制 Hela 细胞增殖，并通过增强放疗诱导的 G2/M 期阻滞、下调 Bcl‑XL、Bcl‑2 及 HPV E6 蛋白水平，提升放疗诱导的 Hela 细胞凋亡与增殖抑制效果。
