名称β-Glucuronidase-IN-1
描述β-Glucuronidase-IN-1 is an E. coli β-glucuronidase (β-glucuronidase) inhibitor with a potent, selective, non-competitive, and orally active IC50 and Ki value of 283 nM and 164 nM, respectively, against E. coli β-glucuronidase.
体外活性β-Glucuronidase-IN-1 在0.01-100 μM浓度范围内，以剂量依赖的方式抑制大肠杆菌β-glucuronidase活性，其IC50和Ki分别为283 nM和164 nM。[1] 在100 μM浓度，持续24-72小时处理活体细菌细胞时，β-Glucuronidase-IN-1显示出强效的功效，其EC50为17.7 nM。[1]
体内活性β-Glucuronidase-IN-1（10 μg；口腔灌胃；每日两次；连续11天）能够保护小鼠的胃肠上皮免受CPT-11引发的损伤，维持了处理后肠道组织的腺体结构。[1]
