描述LL-37, Human acetate(154947-66-7 free base) is a 37-residue, amphipathic, cathelicidin-derived antimicrobial peptide. LL-37, Human acetate (154947-66-7 free base) exhibits multiple activities including antimicrobial, immunomodulatory, chemotactic, wound-healing, antiviral, and antitumor effects.LL-37, Human acetate (154947-66-7 free base) helps protect the cornea from infection and regulates wound healing.
体外活性方法：铜绿假单胞菌（PA）菌悬液加入 LL-37, Human acetate(154947-66-7 free base) (0.05–100 μg/mL)，37°C 振摇 2 h，然后进行菌落计数。 结果：LL-37, Human acetate有效杀死细菌，EC₅₀ = 2.8±1.3 μg/mL。[1] 方法：人原代角膜上皮细胞 P-HCEC 加入 LL-37, Human acetate0.1–20 μg/mL) 加入下室（盲式趋化小室），处理 16 h，迁移膜染色后计数高倍视野。 结果：LL-37, Human acetate显著诱导细胞迁移，最大迁移浓度在 5 μg/mL。[1] 方法：人气道上皮 BEAS-2B 细胞以 0.15 MOI 鼻病毒 RV1B 感染，联合 4 μM LL-37 处理 24/48 h，采用 qPCR、ELISA、dot blot 检测 IFNβ 表达及 RV 载量。 结果：LL-37 使 RV 诱导的 IFNβ mRNA 表达升高约 6 倍，降低 RV 病毒载量约 40%，未显著改变 IFNβ 蛋白水平。[3] 方法：BEAS-2B 细胞用 Fluo-4 AM 负载 Ca²⁺荧光探针，给予 4 μM LL-37 处理，持续检测细胞内 Ca²⁺荧光 40 min。 结果：LL-37 显著升高 BEAS-2B 细胞内 Ca²⁺浓度，40 min 时较对照组升高约 70%。[3]
体内活性方法：MRSA 肺炎小鼠经气管内给予 0-2mg/kg LL-37, Human acetate(154947-66-7 free base) ，24h 后通过肺组织病理评分筛选有效剂量。 结果：LL-37, Human acetate 有效剂量为 0.8mg/kg，剂量＞2mg/kg 无保护作用且具毒性。[2]
