名称	Anticancer agent 43
描述	Anticancer agent 43 is a potent anticancer agent that induces apoptosis through caspase 3, PARP1, and Bax protein-dependent pathways.Anticancer agent 43 induces DNA damage and can be used in the study of glioblastoma in rats.
体外活性	Anticancer agent 43 (compound 3a) exhibits selectivity towards human tumor cells, with an SI50 of 28.94[1]. In HepG2 cells treated with 45 µM for 24 hours, Anticancer agent 43 induces apoptosis through caspase 3, PARP1, and Bax-dependent pathways[1]. However, it has no effect on the transition of G1/S phases in HepG2 cells at the same concentration and time point[1]. Additionally, in various cell lines, including HCT116, MCF-7, HepG2, and Balb/c 3T3 cells, Anticancer agent 43 induces DNA damage at concentrations of 0.7, 45, and 55 µM, as evidenced by tail DNA and Olive Tail Moment (OTM) measurements[1].
