描述AZ-PFKFB3-67 is a potent and selective PFKFB3 kinase inhibitor with an IC50=11nM for PFKFB3, reduces MCL-1, and inhibits angiogenesis by decreasing lactic acid production and ATP levels in endothelial cells (ECs) in tube-forming assays, and has neuroprotective effects.
体外活性AZ-PFKFB3-67 是一种高选择性的PFKFB3抑制剂，具有良好的靶点抑制活性，其对 PFKFB1、PFKFB2 和 PFKFB3 的 IC₅₀ 分别为 1.13 μM、0.159 μM 和 0.011 μM。在细胞实验中，AZ-PFKFB3-67 对果糖-2,6-二磷酸（F-2,6-BP）的 IC₅₀ 为 0.281 μM，而对细胞乳酸水平的 IC₅₀ 大于 30 μM，显示出对糖酵解早期环节的显著抑制作用[1]。
