名称Carboxy-PTIO potassium
描述Carboxy-PTIO potassium (cPTIO potassium) is a nitric oxide (NO) scavenger in endothelial cells, inhibiting pterin accumulation and exhibiting neuroprotective activity. It reacts rapidly with NO to produce NO2.
体外活性在 A375-S2 细胞中，Carboxy-PTIO potassium （200 μM，Physalin A 之前 1 小时，24 h） 可逆转由 Physalin A 诱导的 mTOR 和 p-mTOR 水平降低，同时抑制 A375-S2 细胞中的 LC3 I 向 LC3 II 的转化。[1]
体内活性Carboxy-PTIO potassium （0.056-1.70 mg/kg/min，静脉注射）处理可改善 Lps 处理大鼠的低血压、肾功能障碍和存活率，但它不影响正常小鼠的各项参数。[2]
