名称	Prednisolone hemisuccinate
描述	Prednisolone hemisuccinate is a soluble glucocorticoid and cortisol, a prodrug of the glucocorticoid (GR) agonist Prednisone, which exerts anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, and antiallergic effects by binding to GR receptor, and is commonly used in systemic lupus erythematosus, acute dermatologic conditions, and arthritis.
体外活性	方法：分离含有 NK 细胞的外周血单核细胞，并以 50：1、25：1 和 12.5：1 的三种不同效应器-靶标（E：T）比例与靶细胞 K562 共培养。然后将Prednisolone hemisuccinate或 IVIG 以 E：T 比为 50：1 添加到试管中以评估抑制效果。记录杀戮百分比并使用 Student t 检验进行统计分析。结果：在共培养中 E：T 比为 50：1 且Prednisolone hemisuccinate或 IVIG 的实验中，平均靶细胞杀伤率为 26.4%。在使用相同 E：T 比率的培养物中，在 IVIG （9.9%）或Prednisolone hemisuccinate （13.6%）存在下，该杀伤率显着降低（在两种分析中均值为 P<0.001）。Prednisolone hemisuccinate能够抑制 NK 细胞的溶细胞活性。[1]
