名称	Fusarochromanone
描述	Fusarochromanone (FC-101) is a mycotoxin produced by Fusarium marcescens with potent antiangiogenic, anticancer and antimalarial activities. Fusarochromanone induces cell death in COS7 and HEK293 cells through activation of the JNK pathway.
体外活性	Fusarochromanone（10 μM；24小时）处理 HaCaT 和 P9-WT 细胞系后，两个细胞系均显示处于 G2 和 M 期的细胞周期阶段[1]。
体内活性	Fusarochromanone（8 mg/kg；每周 5 天；持续 3.5 周；腹腔注射）处理接种了 SRB12-p9 细胞的 SCID Beige 小鼠后，最终实现了 30% 的肿瘤体积减少[1]。
