名称	9-OxoOTrE
描述	9-OxoOTrE is a lipoxygen metabolite produced by the oxidation of 9-HpOTrE. 9-OxoOTrE exhibits antimicrobial activity against a variety of plant pathogenic microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi, and can be used in research on plant defense mechanisms and plant-pathogen interactions.
体外活性	方法：植物病原真菌（Botrytis cinerea, Cladosporium herbarum）和卵菌（Phytophthora parasitica, Phytophthora infestans）在液体培养基中预萌发16 h后，暴露于 9-OxoOTrE（100 μM），于25°C（P. infestans为18°C）继续培养24 h，使用微量分光光度法（595 nm）或荧光法（P. infestans）测定菌丝生长抑制率。结果： 9-OxoOTrE 对C. herbarum抑制率达98%，对P. parasitica为97%，对B. cinerea为98%，对F. oxysporum为65%，对Rhizopus sp.为32%，对A. brassicicola为37%，对P. infestans为98% ^[1]。
