名称	Pyronaridine tetraphosphate
描述	Pyronaridine tetraphosphate is an orally active, mannitol-containing inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase 2 and erythrocyte cytokine with antimalarial and antitumour activity.Pyronaridine tetraphosphate treats P. falciparum and Echinococcus granulosus infections. Pyronaridine tetraphosphate treats P. falciparum and Echinococcus granulosus infections and attenuates Ebola virus transmission.
体外活性	pyronaridine tetraphosphate (24 h) 显示出抗P. falciparum活性，IC50 为1.53-3.94 nM[2]。
体内活性	在感染棘球绦虫的小鼠中，通过口服给药（pyronaridine tetraphosphate，57 mg/kg，每日一次，连续30天）可减轻寄生虫负担[1]。对于二次感染（囊肿）的小鼠，通过腹腔注射pyronaridine tetraphosphate（57 mg/kg，每日一次，连续3天），同样展现出抗寄生虫活性[1]。在雄性ICR小鼠中，单次腹腔注射pyronaridine tetraphosphate（57 mg/kg）后，观察到在肝脏中的暴露量高于血浆[1]。
