描述	1-Oleoyl-2-hydroxy-sn-glycero-3-PG sodium is a lysophosphatidylglycerol (LPG) in which the sn-1 position is linked to oleic acid (18:1) and the sn-2 position contains a hydroxyl group. 1-Oleoyl-2-hydroxy-sn-glycero-3-PG sodium is amphiphilic and can be used to prepare micelles, liposomes, and other artificial membrane systems. It is widely used in liposome construction, membrane biology research, and the development of lipid-based drug delivery systems and carriers.
体外活性	方法：将0.05 mg/mL诱导表达拟南芥At1g78690p的Escherichia coli BLR(DE3)pLysS增溶膜或相应载体对照膜，与Avanti来源的1-oleoyl-2-hydroxy-sn-glycero-3-phospho-rac-(1-glycerol，即对应目标18:1 Lyso-PG钠盐）和[1-14C]palmitoyl-CoA在37 °C孵育10 min。通过TLC、ESI-MS/MS、碱水解和磷脂酶D处理分析放射性产物。论文未再次注明对离子或产品批号，可获得的文本也未报告确切底物浓度。结果：At1g78690p在18:1 lyso-PG受体的sn-2位进行酰化，形成同时含油酰基和放射性棕榈酰基的二酰基PG产物。转化在约30 min内呈时间依赖性，载体对照膜中未检测到相同水平的转化。报告的PG形成比活性为2.0 ± 0.1 nmol/min/mg膜蛋白。^[3]
