名称	Epimedokoreanin B
描述	Epimedokoreanin B is a natural isopentenylflavonoid compound isolated from Korean horny goat weed (Epimedium koreanum Nakai) that exhibits anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial activities. Epimedokoreanin B is an anti-periodontitis agent that inhibits the growth and biofilm formation of gingival proteases and Porphyromonas gingivalis. Epimedokoreanin B can inhibit the growth of lung cancer cells through endoplasmic reticulum stress-mediated apoptosis accompanied by autophagy.
体外活性	方法：在人骨髓瘤细胞 U266 和 RPMI-8226，加入梯度浓度（5， 10， 15 μM） Epimedokoreanin B，处理 48h，通过 Annexin V/PI 双染检测细胞凋亡情况。结果：细胞表现出浓度依赖性诱导凋亡，在 15 μM 时，U266 凋亡率达 62.2%，RPMI-8226 达 51.81%。[1] 方法：在人骨肉瘤细胞 Saos-2 和小鼠骨肉瘤细胞 LM8，加入梯度浓度（5， 10， 20 μM） Epimedokoreanin B，处理 48-72 小时，MTT 或细胞计数法检测。结果：浓度依赖性抑制两种骨肉瘤细胞的增殖，并伴随 STAT3 磷酸化水平下降。[2]
体内活性	方法：LM8 小鼠骨肉瘤细胞皮下接种于 C3H 小鼠，建立肿瘤模型。待肿瘤可触及后，开始口服灌胃给药 Epimedokoreanin B，剂量为 10 mg/kg 或 30 mg/kg，每日一次，连续 14 天。结果：肿瘤生长显著减缓，两个剂量组均观察到肿瘤体积和重量的显著下降。[2]
