描述	Propargyl-PEG5-amine is a non-cleavable linker compound used extensively in the synthesis of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and PROTACs, and Propargyl-PEG5-amine functions as a PEG-based connector that facilitates stable conjugation between molecular components. Propargyl-PEG5-amine supports modular assembly strategies in targeted therapeutic design by providing a robust, hydrophilic spacer that enhances solubility and structural flexibility during ADC and PROTAC construction, which enables the efficient bio-conjugation workflows in chemical biology and medicinal chemistry research.
体外活性	ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker.PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
