名称	Tylosin phosphate
描述	Tylosin phosphate is a broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic produced by Streptomyces freii and intended exclusively for animal use. Tylosin phosphate inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by reversibly binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit; it exhibits high antibacterial activity, particularly against Gram-positive bacteria, mycoplasmas, and certain Gram-negative bacteria. Tylosin phosphate is a feed additive widely used to promote animal growth. It is also used in research on bacterial dysentery and respiratory diseases in poultry, swine, and cattle.
体外活性	Tylosin phosphate还能抑制革兰氏阴性菌株的生长，其对溶血性支原体 11935 株、多杀性巴氏杆菌 4407 株、大肠杆菌 ATCC 25922 株和大肠杆菌 AS19rlmAI 株的最小抑菌浓度（MIC）分别为 64 μg/mL、32 μg/mL、512 μg/mL 和 1 μg/mL。[2]
体内活性	方法： Balb/C 小鼠皮下注射 10 mg/kg、100 mg/kg、500 mg/kg Tylosin phosphate + 腹腔注射 250 μg LPS，给药后于 0、1、2、3、6、12、24 h 分批处死小鼠，心脏穿刺采集血清。结果：Tylosin phosphate 可以显著逆转 LPS 诱导的细胞因子紊乱。[1]
