名称	Direct Red 80
描述	Direct Red 80 (Sirius Red) is a tetra azo dye. It can be used to detect amyloid and can magnify the usual birefringence of collagen fibers in tissue sections.
体外活性	操作步骤 1.样品在 dH2O 中清洗，用 0.2% phosphomolybdic acid （PMA）溶液预处理 40 分钟，加入 0.1 g Direct Red 80 至饱和苦味酸水溶液（1.3 g/100 mL 蒸馏水）配置成 0.1% Direct Red 80 ，与样品共孵育 30 分钟。 2.每个样品在 0.01 M HCl 中清洗 2 分钟。
