描述	8-Aminopyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic Acid (sodium salt) is an anionic fluorescent dye used as a reporter for glucose sensing and for the detection of other saccharides. The excitation/emission spectra is 425/503 nm. 8-Aminopyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic Acid (sodium salt) can be used in solution or immobilized through attachment of an aldehyde functionalized monomer by reductive amination without significantly changing fluorescence intensity.
体外活性	N-糖的 APTS 标记操作步骤： 1.使用氰基硼氢化钠（NaBH3CN）作为还原剂。将 N-糖（∼100 μg）和异麦芽糖（25 pmol）的混合物溶于 0.2 mL-PCR 薄壁管中。 2.用 5 μL 50 mM APTS 溶于 500 mM 柠檬酸中。 3.加入 5 μL 1.0 M NaBH3 于样品混合物中，并将混合物在 55℃ 孵育 50 分钟。用 140 μL 冷蒸馏水（总体积，150 μL）淬灭反应物并进行纯化。 4.过 IPAE 和 HILIC-SPE 离心柱，纯化 APTS 标记的 N-糖。
