Mouse GITR Ligand, Fc Tag (GIL-M526x) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Thr 47 - Ser 173 (Accession # AAO89011).

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 41.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 45 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 80-100 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族成员18（TNFSF18）也被称为糖皮质激素诱导的TNF相关配体（GITRL或GITR配体）、活化诱导的TNF相关性配体（AITRL），属于肿瘤坏死因子家族。TNFSF18在小肠、卵巢、睾丸、肾脏和内皮细胞中高水平表达。TNFSF18/GITRL在细菌脂多糖（LPS）刺激后上调。TNFSF18可以作为共刺激因子，降低T细胞活化和T细胞增殖的阈值。TNFSF18/GITR配体对活化的T淋巴细胞和内皮细胞之间的相互作用很重要。TNFSF18还介导NF-kappa-B的激活。
