名称	Spermine
描述	Spermine (Neuridine) is an endogenous polyamine in the human body. As a direct free radical scavenger, it exhibits antiviral activity and protects DNA from free radical damage; it is also a key regulator of cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Spermine inhibits certain bacteria, particularly strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Spermine induces striatal neurotoxicity in a dose-dependent manner. Spermine reversibly inhibits DNA synthesis, mixed lymphocyte reactions, and the induction of cytolytic lymphocyte reactions in primary cultures of mouse splenocytes.
体外活性	方法：小鼠肾小管上皮细胞系，用 TGF-β1 （10 ng/mL）刺激 24 小时，诱导纤维化表型。在 TGF-β1 刺激前预处理前加入 Spermine （10 μM）处理 12 小时。转录组测序基因表达变化。结果：Spermine 逆转了 TGF-β1 诱导的 ECM 受体和黏着斑通路相关基因表达。[1]
体内活性	方法：单侧肾缺血再灌注损伤构建小鼠肾纤维化模型，腹腔注射 Spermine (1 mg/kg/天)，从术前 2 天开始，连续给药 10 天(治疗性实验从术后第 3 天开始)。结果：外源性 Spermine 补充显著减轻了肾纤维化，并下调了纤连蛋白、胶原 I、α-SMA 等纤维化标志物。[1]
