描述	Fullerene-C60 is a potent free radical scavenger with a wide range of bioactivities that can attenuate liver injury and hepatotoxicity, and improve intestinal flora structure and lipid homeostasis.
体外活性	方法：为了估计 Fullerene-C60 在白血病细胞中的积累，并研究其对亲本和顺铂白血病细胞的光毒性作用。在实验中使用了纳米颗粒平均直径为 50 nm 的原始 C60 的稳定均匀水胶体溶液。通过将 C60 与异硫氰酸罗丹明 B 共价偶联合成荧光标记的 C60。结果：共聚焦显微镜检查结果表明，白血病 Jurkat 细胞可以有效地从培养基中摄取 Fullerene-C60。发光二极管灯（100 mW cm-2， λ = 420–700 nm）用于激发累积的 C60。当白血病 Jurkat 细胞暴露于 C60 和可见光联合处理时，检测到活力的时间依赖性降低。[1]
