名称	Berberine chloride
描述	Berberine chloride (Natural Yellow 18) is an alkaloid derived from Hydrastis canadensis L. of the Berberidaceae family, serving as a commonly used intestinal antibacterial agent. Berberine chloride exhibits biological activities including anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, lipid-regulating, antitumor, and cardiovascular protective effects. Berberine chloride can be utilized in research on chronic diseases and tumors.
体外活性	方法：MDA-MB-231 VIM RFP（三阴性乳腺癌细胞）、MCF-10A（人正常乳腺上皮细胞）中加入铜配合物（0–100 μM）、Berberine chloride （0–100 μM）、联合组（铜配合物（0–100 μM） + BBC （50 μM）），孵育时间：24、48、72 h，CCK-8 法检测细胞活力。结果：Berberine chloride 显著抑制细胞生长，联合治疗显著增强对癌细胞的毒性。[1] 方法：40μM Berberine chloride 处理 LoVo 细胞 24h，流式细胞术分析细胞周期分布。结果：Berberine chloride 诱导 LoVo 细胞发生 G₂/M 期周期阻滞。[2]
体内活性	方法：LoVo 细胞裸鼠异种移植瘤模型，灌胃给予 10、30、50mg/kg Berberine chloride，连续 10 天，计算抑瘤率。结果：50mg/kg Berberine chloride 抑瘤率达 45.3%，对小鼠体重、脾脏无明显毒性。[2]
