名称	Avexitide
描述	Avexitide (Exendin-3(9-39)amide) is a specific, competitive GLP-1 receptor antagonist (Ki = 0.36 nM). Avexitide binds to the GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R) with high affinity (Kd = 0.42 nM), blocking the interaction between endogenous GLP-1 and the receptor, thereby counteracting the effects of excessive GLP-1 secretion. Avexitide is being studied for post-bariatric hypoglycemia (PBH) and congenital hyperinsulinism.
体外活性	方法：原代人胰岛细胞在特定条件下 Avexitide 与 FATP2 抑制剂 lipofermata （10 μM）共同培养，以观察其对 GLP-1 和胰岛素分泌的影响。结果：伴随的胰岛素分泌增加可被 Avexitide 阻断。[1]
体内活性	方法：小鼠后爪足底注射辣椒素诱导急性疼痛模型，辣椒素注射前 30 分钟，足底局部注射 Avexitide(0.1， 1， 10 nmol/爪)或腹腔注射(100 nmol/kg)。结果：Avexitide 剂量依赖性显著减轻辣椒素诱导的急性疼痛。局部给药有效，提示作用部位在末梢。[2]
