名称	N-Phenylthiourea
描述	N-Phenylthiourea (Phenylthiocarbamide) is a phenyl ring-containing organothiourea that acts as an EC 1.14.18.1 (tyrosinase) inhibitor, a diphenolase inhibitor, and a non-competitive inhibitor of the PvdP tyrosinase of Pseudomonas, which inhibits melanogenesis, and is able to be used in genetic taste testing.
体外活性	N-Phenylthiourea 在 DOPA 氧化实验中作为可逆性竞争性抑制剂抑制酪氨酸酶活性（Ki = 0.21 μM），显著减少 DOPA-chrome 生成[1]。
体内活性	在斑马鱼胚胎中，N-Phenylthiourea（100 μM）与 HgCl₂ 联合处理可显著减少汞的毒性（死亡率和肝脏 Hg 含量下降 60 倍），但与 CH₃HgCl 联合使用则增强毒性（死亡率升高，肝脏 Hg 含量上升 2 倍）。说明 N-Phenylthiourea 对不同形态的汞表现出相反的调节作用[2]。
