描述	Fast Blue B Salt is a diazo salt dye primarily used in histochemistry and enzymatic assays. When coupled with phenolic compounds such as 1-naphthol, Fast Blue B Salt forms a purple diazo dye, making it widely used in colorimetric assays for acetylcholinesterase. In addition, Fast Blue B Salt is commonly used as a spray-staining agent in thin-layer chromatography for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of aflatoxins, and for staining chromaffin cells in the intestine in histology.
