名称	Adenosine 5'-diphosphate
描述	Adenosine 5'-diphosphate (ADP) is a naturally occurring nucleotide derived from the dephosphorylation of ATP. Adenosine 5'-diphosphate is essential for cellular metabolism and induces platelet aggregation.
体外活性	方法: 成纤维样滑膜细胞 FLS1 用 Adenosine 5'-diphosphate (100 µM) 处理 24 h，通过 RT-qPCR 检测基因表达水平。结果: 用 Adenosine 5'-diphosphate (100 µM) 处理的细胞在 FLS1 细胞中 MCP-1/CCL-2 mRNA 表达上调 2.31 倍。[1]
体内活性	方法: 为研究在组织修复中的作用，将 Adenosine 5'-diphosphate (15.2 µg/kg) 局部涂抹给全层切除伤口模型的糖尿病小鼠，每天一次，持续 14 天。结果: Adenosine 5'-diphosphate 加速了皮肤伤口愈合，改善了新组织的形成，并增加了伤口中胶原蛋白的沉积和 TGF-β 的产生。Adenosine 5'-diphosphate 在糖尿病相关皮肤伤口中起着促消退的中介作用。[2]
