名称	Hoechst 33342
描述	Hoechst 33342 (bisBenzimide H 33342) is a lipophilic fluorescent dye belonging to the bisbenzimidazole class and a cell-permeable fluorescent DNA dye. Hoechst 33342 can penetrate the membranes of living cells to achieve non-invasive staining of live cell nuclei, exhibiting excellent fluorescence properties and extremely low cytotoxicity.
体外活性	方法：胚胎期第 16 天 Sprague Dawley 大鼠的背根神经节（DRG）体外培养物，经 4%多聚甲醛室温固定 15 分钟，Hoechst 33342，PBS 1:100 稀释，室温避光孵育 30 分钟，荧光显微镜观察（DAPI 滤片：335-383/420-470 nm）。结果：H33342 不仅清晰标记了细胞核，还以极好的信噪比清晰标记了 DRG 的神经突。[1]
