名称	Vitamin D3
描述	Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is a naturally occurring form of vitamin D; once metabolically activated, it can induce cellular differentiation and cancer cell proliferation. Vitamin D3 can be used to establish kidney stone models and is also an important research target in the fields of immunology and oncology.
体外活性	方法：2~10μM Vitamin D3 处理 IK、RL95/2、HEC1-A 细胞 24/48/72h，MTT 法检测细胞活力。结果：Vitamin D3 呈剂量与时间依赖性抑制细胞活力，10μM 处理 72h 抑制效果最强。[1] 方法：IK 细胞经 10μM Vitamin D3 处理 0~48h，化学发光法测细胞内 25 (OH) D，免疫荧光 + Western blot 检测 VDR 核转位。结果：Vitamin D3 处理 48h 才可检测到 25 (OH) D 生成，同步出现 VDR 核转位。[1]
体内活性	方法：雄性 ddY 小鼠，分为 4 组（溶剂对照、VD3 单独、CCl₄单独、VD3+CCl₄）；Vitamin D3（5 mg/kg）连续 4 天灌胃预处理，第 0 天腹腔注射 CCl₄（2 g/kg）；另设 CaCl₂（150 mg/kg）直接注射组验证钙的作用。结果：Vitamin D3 单独可显著升高血钙至 13.0 mg/dL（正常 7.77 mg/dL），无肝肾损伤与氧化应激。[2]
