名称	β-Nicotinamide mononucleotide
描述	β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is a natural nucleotide and a key intermediate in the synthesis of coenzyme I (NAD+). β-nicotinamide mononucleotide is involved in a number of biochemical reactions in the human body, which are related to immunity and metabolism.
体外活性	方法: 人角膜上皮细胞 HCECs 用 glucose (25 mM) 和 β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (5-1000 µM) 处理 48 h，通过 Trypan blue staining 检测细胞活力。结果: 分析了不同浓度的 β-nicotinamide mononucleotide 对高葡萄糖诱导的 HCEC 损伤的影响。125、250 和 500 µM β-nicotinamide mononucleotide 具有显著的保护作用。[1] 方法: 晚期传代间充质干细胞 LP MSC 用 β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (100 µM) 处理 24 h，分析线粒体形态。结果: LP-MSCs 中的线粒体染色更为弥漫，强度较低，而 β-nicotinamide mononucleotide 处理后线粒体的分布变得集中。β-nicotinamide mononucleotide 治疗可以有效地使衰老 MSCs 的线粒体形态正常化，改善线粒体功能。[2]
体内活性	方法: 为研究对衰老的作用，将 β-nicotinamide mononucleotide (100-300 mg/kg) 饮用水给药给正常衰老的野生型 C57BL/6N 小鼠。给药从小鼠 5 个月大开始，持续 12 个月，直到他们 17 个月大。结果: β-nicotinamide mononucleotide 有效地缓解了小鼠与年龄相关的生理衰退。β-nicotinamide mononucleotide 没有任何明显的毒性或有害作用，抑制了与年龄相关的体重增加，增强了能量代谢，促进了身体活动，改善了胰岛素敏感性和血脂水平，改善了眼功能和其他病理生理学。[3]
