名称	Phloretin
描述	Phloretin (NSC-407292) is a well-known inhibitor of eukaryotic urea transporters, blocks VacA-mediated urea and ion transport. Phloretin is a dihydrochalcone, a type of natural phenols. It can be found in apple tree leaves and the Manchurian apricot. It promotes potent antioxidative activities in peroxynitrite scavenging and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. It has been found to inhibit the growth of several cancer cells and induce apoptosis of B16 melanoma and HL60 human leukemia cells.
体外活性	Phloretin是一种在梨（Pyrus communis）、苹果、樱桃及其他果树树皮中发现的二氢查尔酮。它通过SGLT1和SGLT2抑制葡萄糖进入细胞的主动运输，尽管这种抑制作用不如其糖苷phlorizin强。口服的phlorizin几乎完全通过小肠中的水解酶转化为phloretin。这一转化的重要作用是抑制小肠对葡萄糖的吸收及肾脏对葡萄糖的重吸收。Phloretin还抑制了多种尿素运输体，与高蛋白饮食结合时，可诱导尿素损失和利尿作用。
