Description：Braftide是一种 BRAF 激酶变构抑制剂多肽，是由10个氨基酸组成的多肽，通过靶向 BRAF 激酶二聚体表面，抑制 BRAF 二聚体的形成，发挥抑制作用。Braftide 抑制野生型 BRAF 和致癌型 BRAFG469A，IC50 分别为 364 nM 和 172 nM。Braftide 与 TAT 序列结合使用，可以抑制 MAPK 信号通路，抑制 KRAS 突变肿瘤细胞的增殖，Braftide对于 HCT116 和 HCT-15，EC50 分别为 7.1 和 6.6 μM。

Braftide is a BRAF kinase conformational inhibitor peptide composed of 10 amino acids. It exerts inhibitory effects by targeting the surface of BRAF kinase dimers, inhibiting the formation of BRAF dimers. Braftide inhibits wild-type BRAF and oncogenic BRAFG469A with IC50 values of 364 nM and 172 nM, respectively. When combined with TAT sequences, Braftide can inhibit the MAPK signaling pathway and suppress the proliferation of KRAS mutant tumor cells. Braftide has EC50 values of 7.1 and 6.6 μ M for HCT116 and HCT-15, respectively.
