Description：Cenderitide 是一种有效的颗粒鸟酰基环化酶受体(pGC)激动剂多肽，是由37个氨基酸组成的多肽，包含两对二硫键。Cenderitide 是一种由 C 型利钠肽 (CNP) 与石斛利钠肽 (DNP) 的 C 端融合而成的利钠肽 (NP) 。Cenderitide 可激活 pGC-A 和 pGC-B，激活第二信使 cGMP，抑制醛固酮 (aldosterone)，在不降低血压的情况下保持 GFR 。Cenderitide 可用于心力衰竭的研究。

Cenderitide is an effective particle guanoyl cyclase receptor (pGC) agonist peptide composed of 37 amino acids and containing two pairs of disulfide bonds. Cenderitide is a type of natriuretic peptide (NP) formed by fusing the C-terminus of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) and Dendrobium officinale natriuretic peptide (DNP). Cenderitide can activate pGC-A and pGC-B, activate the second messenger cGMP, inhibit aldosterone, and maintain GFR without lowering blood pressure. Cenderitide can be used for research on heart failure.
