Description：卡格列肽（Cagrilintide）是一种新型长效酰化胰淀素类似物，作为非选择性胰淀素受体（AMYR）和降钙素G蛋白偶联受体（CTR）激动剂，是由38个氨基酸组成的环状多肽，序列中含有38个氨基酸，并且含有一对二硫键。卡格里林可显著减轻体重，减少食物摄入。卡格瑞林肽在肥胖研究中具有潜力。

As a non-selective amylin receptor (AMYR) and calcitonin G protein-coupled receptor (CTR) agonist, Cagrilintide is a new long-acting acylated amylin analogue, which is a cyclic peptide composed of 38 amino acids. The sequence contains a pair of disulfide bonds. Cagrilintide can significantly reduce weight and food intake.Cagrilintide has potential in obesity research.
