Description：Cortistatin 17, human是由17个氨基酸组成的环状多肽，显示出与生长抑素的结构相似性。Cortistatin 17, human以与大鼠皮质抑素相似的方式与所有生长抑素受体亚型 (SSTR) 结合。 其对表达 SSTR2-5 的中国仓鼠卵巢细胞中毛喉素刺激的 cAMP 产生的抑制作用是剂量依赖性的，但比生长抑素 14 的效果略低。与大鼠皮质抑素一样，Cortistatin 17, human对大鼠的睡眠和觉醒模式有影响。Cortistatin 17, human以剂量依赖的方式减少轻度慢波睡眠（SWS1）并增加深度慢波睡眠（SWS2）。Cortistatin 17, human的施用导致皮质和海马脑电图暂时变平。

Cortistatin 17, human, is a cyclic peptide composed of 17 amino acids, exhibiting structural similarity to somatostatin. Cortistatin 17 binds to all somatostatin receptor subtypes (SSTR) in a similar manner to rat corticostatin. Its inhibitory effect on cAMP production stimulated by hirsutin in Chinese hamster ovarian cells expressing SSTR2-5 is dose-dependent, but slightly lower than the effect of somatostatin 14. Like rat corticostatin, Cortistatin 17, human has an impact on sleep and wakefulness patterns in rats. Cortistatin 17, human reduces mild slow wave sleep (SWS1) and increases deep slow wave sleep (SWS2) in a dose-dependent manner. The use of Cortistatin 17 and human resulted in temporary flattening of cortical and hippocampal electroencephalograms.
