Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab179002) - IF
IF analysis of beta Tubulin (green) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with beta Tubulin Mouse mAb (Ab155823) at 1/2000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab179002) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Then incubated with Streptavidin protein (FITC) (rp155876) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Flow Cytometry analysis of Jurkat cells labelling CD45 (red) with CD45 Mouse mAb (Ab094902). Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab179002) at a dilution of 1/300 was used as the secondary antibody. Then incubated with Streptavidin Protein (FITC) (rp155876) at a dilution of 1/1000. Blue - Isotype control, Mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.

Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab179002) - ELISA
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab179002) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with different amounts of Mouse IgG (Ab170221). A serial dilution of Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Biotin) (Ab179002) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
