A serial dilution Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L Antibody (Ab170784) was then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (HRP) (Ab141534) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody.

Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L Antibody (Ab170784) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 0.5 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L Antibody was then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG H&L (HRP) (Ab141534) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody.

3 μg/lane of Goat Anti-Chicken IgY H&L Antibody (Ab170784) was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining. Showing the band at 26.1 kDa (Light Chain) & 53.1 kDa (Heavy Chain), under reducing conditions; 162.9 kDa, under non-reducing conditions.
