Description：CRAMP是动物体内的抗菌肽，是由18个氨基酸组成的直链多肽，实验表明CRAMP具有促炎症的效果，在一些实验中，外源性CRAMP能够单独感与炎性细胞的趋化作用，同时能够增强小鼠肺部盐形细胞因子的分泌效果。鉴于细菌、真菌以及病毒感染等多种微生物入侵均有可能成为哮喘的诱发因子，而CRAMP则能够成为固有免疫的重要组成，广泛表达与肺部上皮细胞中，因此可以推断CRAMP可能在防治哮喘发生时起到重要研究作用。

CRAMP is an antimicrobial peptide in animal bodies, composed of 18 amino acids as a straight chain peptide. Experiments have shown that CRAMP has a pro-inflammatory effect. In some experiments, exogenous CRAMP can independently sense the chemotaxis of inflammatory cells and enhance the secretion of salt forming cytokines in mouse lungs. Given that various microbial invasions such as bacteria, fungi, and viral infections can all become triggering factors for asthma, and CRAMP can become an important component of innate immunity, widely expressed in lung epithelial cells, it can be inferred that CRAMP may play an important research role in the prevention and treatment of asthma.
