DOTA-LM3 is a somatostatin receptor (SSTR) antagonist peptide with a sequence containing 8 amino acids. DOTA-LM3 is typically used for in vivo tumor tracing through isotope labeling, such as 177Lu-DOTA-LM3 and 68Ga-DOTA-LM3. 68Ga-DOTA-LM3 exhibits excellent biological distribution characteristics, high tumor uptake capacity, stable intratumoral retention, and lower safety risks. 177Lu-DOTA-LM3 was used to study DOTATOC negative liver metastasis cases, which has potential application value in the treatment of pancreatic NET and widespread tumor thrombosis.
