FNG耐水硅胶为白色或灰白色多微孔颗粒，主要成分为SiO2·nH2O，不溶于水和无机酸，溶于氢氟酸和浓苛性碱溶液，机械强度高。该产品是以通用硅胶为原料经过进一步加工制成的非均质成形硅胶，它在具有普通均质硅胶的孔隙结构和吸附性能的同时还具有良好的耐水性，即在水中不炸裂，因而扩大了硅胶的应用领域。
