Description：[Ala2] Endothelin-3, human 是内皮素 ET-3 的改造型多肽，其中 Ala 取代了 Cys 残基，序列中含有两对二硫键。ET-3 是一种血管活性肽，由人横纹肌肉瘤细胞系产生，在非肌肉来源的人肉瘤细胞系中不表达。ET-3 可作为一种旁分泌因子，促进内皮细胞的迁移。

[Ala2] Endothelin-3, human is a modified peptide of endothelin ET-3, in which Ala replaces the Cys residue and contains two pairs of disulfide bonds in the sequence. ET-3 is a vasoactive peptide produced by human rhabdomyosarcoma cell lines and is not expressed in non muscle derived human sarcoma cell lines. ET-3 can act as a paracrine factor to promote the migration of endothelial cells.
