Neurokinin B is a peptide composed of 10 amino acids, belonging to the tachykinin family. Neurokinin B can bind to a range of G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), including neurokinin receptor 1 (NK1R), NK2R, and NK3R, and mediate its biological functions. Neurokinin B TFA has a relatively high number of carboxyl and hydroxyl groups in its structure, indicating strong activity. In the peptide synthesis process of Neurokinin B, due to the fact that there are only two side chain protective groups, tBu and Trt, the corresponding lysis solution formula can be selected for treatment to reduce costs.
