Description：Magainin II是一种具有抗菌效果的多肽，由23个氨基酸组成。研究证明Magainin II具有较强的杀菌效果，主要是通过诱导大肠杆菌的早期凋亡从而引起其形态学改变，进而促发杀菌效果。Magainin II通过渗透细胞膜来杀死细菌，主要作用机理是引起细胞的渗透性肿胀和随后的细胞破裂，扰乱负责渗透平衡的膜功能，导致细胞消亡，而Magainin II对哺乳动物细胞没有明显的毒性。

Magainin II is a peptide with antibacterial properties, composed of 23 amino acids. Research has shown that Magainin II has a strong bactericidal effect, mainly by inducing early apoptosis of Escherichia coli and causing morphological changes, thereby promoting the bactericidal effect. Magainin II kills bacteria by penetrating the cell membrane, mainly by causing osmotic swelling and subsequent cell rupture, disrupting the membrane function responsible for osmotic balance and leading to cell death. However, Magainin II has no significant toxicity to mammalian cells.
