Description：RVG-9R是由41个氨基酸组成的多肽，具有一定的穿膜功能，RVG-9R能够在体外结合siRNA并将其转导至神经元细胞，从而实现有效的基因沉默。反复给药rRVG-9R结合的siRNA不诱导炎症细胞因子和抗肽抗体。

RVG-9R is a peptide composed of 41 amino acids and has a certain transmembrane function. RVG-9R can bind siRNA in vitro and transport it to neuronal cells, thereby achieving effective gene silencing. Repeated administration of rRVG-9R bound siRNA does not induce inflammatory cytokines and antipeptide antibodies.
