Description：Acetyl-Exenatide-4是 Exenatide 的乙酰化衍生物，包含了原始序列中的39个氨基酸，肽链的N端乙酰化封闭。Exenatide 的功能类似胰岛素，可用于 2 型糖尿病的研究。Exenatide 可促进 Th17 分化，抑制 Treg 分化，下调 PI3K/Akt/FoxO1 磷酸化。Acetyl-Exenatide-4常用作对照实验。

Acetyl-Exenatide-4 is an acetylated derivative of Exenatide, which contains 39 amino acids from the original sequence and blocks the N-terminal acetylation of the peptide chain. The function of Exenatide is similar to insulin, which can be used in the study of type 2 diabetes. Exenatide can promote Th17 differentiation, inhibit Treg differentiation, and downregulate PI3K/Akt/FoxO1 phosphorylation. Acetyl-Exenatide-4 is commonly used as a control experiment.
