Description：Alloferon 2属于抗菌肽中的一种，最初是从丽蝇中提取的由12个氨基酸组成的多肽片段，在一些生物学体外试验中发现，该多肽片段可激活 NK细胞；体内试验显示用该多肽片段处理小鼠后会诱发干扰素的合成, 有抗流感病毒、抗肿瘤的功能。目前Alloferon 2主要用于兽药研究阶段中。

Alloferon 2 belongs to one of the Cathelicidin. It was originally a peptide fragment composed of 12 amino acids extracted from Calliphora calliphora. In some biological experiments in vitro, it was found that this peptide fragment can activate NK cells; In vivo experiments have shown that treating mice with this peptide fragment can induce the synthesis of interferon, which has anti influenza virus and anti-tumor functions. Currently, Alloferon 2 is mainly used in the research phase of veterinary drugs.
