Adrenomedullin (human) is a peptide with vasodilator and diuretic activity first isolated from Pheochromocytoma tissue resected by human surgery. Adrenomedullin (human) exists at a considerable concentration in human plasma and participates in the regulation of blood pressure. Adrenomedullin (human) is composed of 52 amino acids. In solid phase Peptide synthesis, Adrenomedullin is a polypeptide with relatively long sequence, and there is a pair of disulfide bonds in the structure.
