Description：Ozarelix是第四代GnRH拮抗剂多肽，是由10个氨基酸组成的多肽，含有较多的非天然氨基酸。Ozarelix能诱导激素难治性雄激素受体阴性前列腺癌细胞凋亡，调节死亡受体的表达和活性。可用于良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌研究。

Ozarelix is a fourth generation GnRH antagonist peptide composed of 10 amino acids and contains a significant amount of non natural amino acids. Ozarelix can induce apoptosis in hormone resistant androgen receptor negative prostate cancer cells and regulate the expression and activity of death receptors. It can be used for research on benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer.
