Description：Neurotensin属于一种神经降压肽，在生物体内主要作用于各种结肠直肠癌和胰腺癌，同时对神经降压素受体 (neurotensin receptor) 具有高亲和力，具有很强的特异性，主要对血管以及降血压起到作用。Neurotensin是由13个氨基酸组成的多肽，多肽合成中Neurotensin序列中两个连续的Arg，需要选择合理的缩合剂。另外，序列中的-Glu-Asn-片段也容易发生水解等副反应，所以在合成多肽过程中，面对一些条件剧烈的反应，比如脱除Fmoc，需要加入一些防止副反应发生的添加剂。
