Description：CCK (27-33) (non-sulfated)是胆囊收缩素的片段多肽，保留了序列N端第2-8位的氨基酸，也被称为CCK (27-33) 是 CCK的C末端片段，CCK是一种在肠道和大脑中发现的肽激素，可刺激消化、调节饱腹感并与焦虑有关。 非硫酸化的CCK (27-33)能抑制大鼠小脑膜中[3H]纳洛酮的结合 (IC50 = 4 uM) 并抑制离体豚鼠回肠的电刺激收缩 (IC50 = 17 uM)，这种作用可以逆转 通过纳洛酮。与硫酸化 CCK (27-33) 不同，当以高达1uMol/kg 的剂量给药时，非硫酸化形式不会降低小鼠的探索行为。

CCK (27-33) (non sulfonated) is a peptide fragment of cholecystokinin that retains the amino acid at the 2-8 position of the N-terminus of the sequence. It is also known as the C-terminus fragment of CCK. CCK is a peptide hormone found in the gut and brain, which can stimulate digestion, regulate satiety, and is associated with anxiety. Non sulfated CCK (27-33) can inhibit the binding of [3H] naloxone in the rat meninges (IC50=4 uM) and inhibit the electrical stimulation contraction of the isolated guinea pig ileum (IC50=17 uM), which can be reversed through naloxone. Unlike sulfated CCK (27-33), the non sulfated form does not reduce the exploratory behavior of mice when administered at a dose of up to 1uMol/kg.
