Description：NGR peptide 是含有天冬酰胺-甘氨酸-精氨酸(NGR)序列的细胞穿膜肽，NGR peptide可靶向肿瘤新生血管上皮细胞特异过量表达的CD13受体。

NGR peptide可以选择性地与APN / CD13结合，可以免疫捕获或在细胞表面表达，同时NGR peptide具有的肿瘤选择性。 与NGR peptide偶联的抗癌药物阿霉素（DOX）表现出比游离药物本身更高的抗肿瘤作用，甚至更低的毒性。体内NGR peptide显像不仅可以提供有关NGR靶向过程的更多信息，包括生物分布和药代动力学，还可以揭示与肿瘤进展和恶性肿瘤有关的血管生成活性。

NGR peptide is a cell penetrating peptide containing the asparagine glycine arginine (NGR) sequence, which can target CD13 receptors specifically overexpressed in tumor neovascular epithelial cells.

NGR peptide can selectively bind to APN/CD13 and can be immunocaptured or expressed on the cell surface, while NGR peptide has the greatest tumor selectivity. The anticancer drug doxorubicin (DOX) coupled with NGR peptide exhibits higher anti-tumor effects and even lower toxicity than the free drug itself. In vivo NGR peptide imaging can not only provide more information about NGR targeting processes, including biological distribution and pharmacokinetics, but also reveal angiogenesis activity related to tumor progression and malignancy.
