Description：H-Gly-Pro-Gly-NH2是由三个氨基酸组成的短肽片段，序列的C端由酰胺键封闭，N端裸露出氨基。研究表明H-Gly-Pro-Gly-NH2可通过其代谢产物α-hydroxyglycineamide抑制HIV-1的复制，可以增加齐多夫定和利托那韦等药物的抗病毒作用。

H-Gly Pro Gly NH2 is a short peptide fragment composed of three amino acids. The C end of the sequence is blocked by an amide bond, and the N end is exposed to an amino group. Studies have shown that H-Gly Pro Gly NH2 can be metabolized through its metabolites α- Inhibition of HIV-1 replication by hydroxyglycinamide can increase the antiviral effects of drugs such as zidovudine and ritonavir.
