Description：TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide是一种基于肽的递送剂，它结合了来自Influenza的pH敏感HA2融合肽和来自HIV的细胞穿透肽TAT，是由30个氨基酸组成的多肽。TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide通过TAT部分诱导大分子细胞摄取到核内体中，并对核内体的酸化腔做出反应，导致膜渗漏并通过HA2部分将大分子释放到细胞中。

TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide is a peptide based delivery agent that combines a pH sensitive HA2 fusion peptide from Influenza and a cell penetrating peptide TAT from HIV. It is a peptide composed of 30 amino acids. TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide induces the uptake of macromolecules into the endosomes through the TAT portion, and reacts to the acidification cavity of the endosomes, leading to membrane leakage and the release of macromolecules into the cells through the HA2 portion.
